Can you see all of the Collective Boards?

There is a problem I am trying to solve where some users cannot see any of, or not all of, the Collective Form Boards...

You should see:

*Announcements
Child Boards: Old Announcements

*Link Central

*Roleplay
Child Boards: Mtech Revisions , Isle Of Hypnos , Hotter then Hot, Adventures of the Perseus , Peacekeepers , Dynasty City , Amundos: Sex, Swords and Sorcery

*Picture Post

*General Chat

*Polls

*Requests and Challenges

*Tutorials

*MC Game Zone
Child Boards: Game Design Workshop

*Off Topic Chat

Try this as a solution:

You see the black bar at the top with Hypnopics Collective? All the way to
the right of the bar are the words "Unread Posts" and to the right of that
is a + sign. Click on that and the boards are visible. If you click it
when it is a - sign then the boards disappear...
